The Pre-Enrolment English Program is offered in lengths of 10, 15, 20 and 25 weeks. The length of your program depends on your English proficiency test score and the entry requirements of your intended University program.
The General English for Academic Purposes (GEAP) program is for students who wish to develop their language skills at one of the most prestigious universities in Australia. GEAP offers something for all students, from beginners with basic English skills to advanced students seeking high level tuition. The length of your program will depend on your English level, so can be from 5 to 45 weeks (enrolment is in 5 week blocks).
The PEP Extended 30 and 35 week courses combine General English for Academic Purposes (GEAP) classes and Pre-enrolment English Program (PEP) classes. PEP Extended 30 week students will complete 5 weeks of GEAP before commencing 25 weeks of PEP classes and PEP Extended 35 week students will complete 10 weeks of GEAP before commencing 25 weeks of PEP classes.
The CELTA program is a practical teaching qualification that is accredited within Australia and is internationally recognised. It is the minimum required qualification for Teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) in many countries around the world including University language centres and private English colleges in Australia. The Part time program duration is 17 weeks.
