(2) The bond deposit will be refunded, less the cleaning fee of AUD$70 (additional deductions may occur subject to changes in the condition of the premises at the beginning and ending of the tenancy).
(3) Unaccompanied Minor Service, Sunday arrivals and Saturday departures preferred.
(4) Compulsory for Student Visa students. DHA requires OSHC to be paid for length of visa, not length of course. Therefore, students are usually required to pay one month more than the period of study.
(5) Lexis Training enrolment form required for all vocational courses.
(6) $50 Deposit and $20 cutlery deposit payable to student house on arrival. Please note that any bookings over the Christmas high season week will incur an accommodation surcharge, contact Registrations for further details.
