Thursday 11 November 2021
Singaporean students who are fully vaccinated will be able to return to Australia from 21 November under a pilot program announced by the Australian Government.
Updated travel arrangements for Singaporean students

Under the quarantine-free travel arrangements, Singaporean nationals departing for Australia from Singapore will be able to return to the following Australian states and territories at this time: Victoria, New South Wales, and the Australian Capital Territory.

Singaporean students travelling to Australia must also provide a negative COVID-19 PCR test result, from testing undertaken within 3 days (72 hours) of their departure date, (unless a medical exemption applies).

Students will also be required to show proof of full vaccination status and must arrive into a participating Australian jurisdiction (currently NSW, Victoria and the ACT). Participating states and territories will continue to test and monitor the arrangements against the COVID-19 risk, including case numbers and hospital capacity – all subject to change.
