ICT Managers play a crucial role in organisations by planning, organising, directing, controlling, and coordinating the acquisition, development, maintenance, and use of computer and telecommunication systems.
Indicative Skill Level:
In Australia and New Zealand, most ICT Managers have a skill level commensurate with a bachelor's degree or higher qualification. However, in some cases, at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. Additionally, some positions may require relevant experience and/or on-the-job training in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
