Indicative Skill Level:
Most occupations within the Engineering Managers unit group require a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor's degree or higher qualification. However, in some cases, relevant experience of at least five years may substitute for the formal qualification. Additionally, on-the-job training and/or relevant experience may be necessary to supplement the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
